Our purpose is to overcome obstacles, bring inspiration, and remind those who refuse to stay down, to keep moving forward regardless of the challenges and setbacks that may come their way.

Are your apparel items custom designs or can I have items made for me?

We have painstakingly sourced the highest quality apparel and accessories, designed and crafted in the US. Each item is supremely stylish and evoke our CR3W message. In terms of customized items, we are always eager to speak to our customers regarding their requests - just submit your inquiry on our Customer Support page.

I have questions regarding shipping and delivery; what do you offer?

What are your return and exchange policies?

If my return is approved, how long will it take to receive my refund?

Once approved we will process your refund right away, typically within 48 hours during regular business hours. Your bank may take longer to recognize the refund so be sure to contact them once you receive our email notification.

I receive a gift from your store - can I return or exchange?

Any item received as a gift is eligible for an online store credit for the full amount of your gifted item, no questions asked. Just submit your request in the form provided, follow all returning goods instructions on our Returns || Refunds & Exchange page and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you offer gift cards for your store?

We do! CR3W offers ecards, for redemption on our site. Our digital gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire.

What forms of payment do you accept?

On this CR3W website, we offer Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay checkouts and accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards as well as PayPal for payment.
