Shipping Info
Orders made on our CR3W website are processed in the order they are received. Due to shipping fulfillment issues in the US, some orders depending on your location may take up to 7-10 days to arrive.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering. CR3W does not ship on Sunday or recognized US holidays. Customer order tracking information will be sent via your own email notification.
FREE DOMESTIC US SHIPPING ON ORDERS $50 OR MORE IN THE US.
We also offer 2-Day UPS Express and USPS Express mail options; please reference the shipping choices while in checkout.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking details emailed to you, CR3W is no longer responsible for goods shipped. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping.
STANDARD DOMESTIC SERVICE
Every paid order on the CR3W website will receive your order within 5-7 business days or as stated previous, as the carrier of choice has routed your delivery This is an approximate estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays.
OVERNIGHT 2 DAY EXPRESS SERVICE
Orders placed for overnight service before 12:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) will ship out the next day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.)
HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY
If you are purchasing a CR3W item as a Christmas gift, orders shipped via ground USPS or UPS must be placed on or before midnight of Dec. 16th, for guaranteed delivery. Orders shipped via UPS Express must be placed on or before noon on Dec. 17th, 2022.
CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING
When your item has been shipped the CR3W support team will issue an email confirming your shipment and provide you with your tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
CR3W offers international shipping wherever USPS and UPS delivers.
International shipping rates may vary depending on the country you reside. Typical transit time is between 7-10 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks. When a package is in transit tracking is not provided for you package, we can only confirm delivery.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from The Compassionate Closet, as a customer you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to CR3W.
